I'm not a huge Olympics nut, but I do generally get into it when it rolls around. So it sucks that this year, after installing our digital receiver, our NBC affiliate (which we never received very well to begin with) is now not coming through at all. Des and I are actually going to go shopping for a more powerful antenna this afternoon.

Anyhoo, I've been monitoring the Games' progress online and...oh boy. The controversies and "OWTF" moments are really rolling in, aren't they? Of course you've all probably heard about the weird Opening Ceremonies shenanigans (digital fireworks, little girl substitutions) but honestly, could we expect anything less from a totalitarian Communist regime?
